Queensland Cotton (QC), a key player in Australia’s cotton industry for over 100 years, and a subsidiary of Olam Agri, a market leading food, feed, and fibre agri-business, has collaborated with WANT Cotton Gin in Katherine for the first export of cotton in containers through Darwin Port.

“I am thrilled that we could come together to help shape a new supply chain option for the Northern Territory. We are grateful for the enthusiastic support from local stakeholders including growers, supply chain providers, Darwin Port, and the WANT Cotton Gin. Looking ahead, we will continue to seek ways to enhance the efficiency of the supply chain”.
